Role Description The Shisha role at MYA Restaurant & Lounge is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The team member will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and managing shisha service, including packing heads, monitoring coal, and ensuring shisha quality and hygiene standards are consistently met. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, presenting shisha menus, advising on flavor selections, and providing attentive table-side service throughout their visit. The role also involves maintaining shisha equipment, coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth operations, adhering to health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall ambiance and guest satisfaction in the lounge.QualificationsExperience in shisha preparation and service, including flavor mixing, heat management, and equipment handling.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and courteously with a diverse guest profile.Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards related to shisha and lounge operations.Ability to work on-site in Dubai on a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Previous experience in premium hospitality, lounges, or high-end restaurants is highly beneficial.Professional appearance, reliability, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
