Shoe Care & Restoration Specialist Salary: SAR 5,000 per month + BenefitsWe are seeking highly skilled Shoe Care & Restoration Specialists to join a prestigious ultra-luxury private hospitality operation in Saudi Arabia.This position requires strong practical expertise in professional shoe care, leather treatment, restoration and finishing. Candidates should not be limited to hotel or hospitality backgrounds. We welcome experienced specialists from professional shoe-care businesses, leather-care companies, shoe-repair workshops, luxury footwear retailers and specialist restoration establishments.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out professional cleaning and care of premium and luxury footwear.Perform high-quality shoe polishing, buffing and finishing.Clean, condition and treat different types of leather.Carry out colour restoration and shoe-dyeing services.Repair and treat scratches, scuffs, stains and surface damage.Undertake basic shoe restoration and repair work.Assess footwear condition and determine the appropriate treatment method.Safely handle different leather types, finishes and materials.Work with premium, luxury and high-value footwear with exceptional care.Select appropriate cleaning products, conditioners, dyes, polishes and restoration materials.Ensure products and techniques used are suitable for the specific footwear and leather type.Maintain high standards of workmanship, presentation and quality control.Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment.Handle clients' personal and high-value belongings with discretion and care.Maintain accurate records of items received, treatments performed and items returned.Candidate RequirementsProven professional experience in shoe care, shoe restoration, leather care or specialist shoe repair.Strong practical experience in:Professional shoe cleaningPolishing and finishingLeather conditioning and treatmentColour restorationShoe dyeingScratch and surface-damage treatmentBasic shoe restoration and repairStrong knowledge of different leather types and appropriate treatment techniques.Experience handling premium, luxury and high-value footwear.Good knowledge of professional shoe-care products, tools and equipment.Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.Strong understanding of how different products and treatments affect leather, colour and finishes.Ability to work carefully and consistently under operational pressure.Reliable, disciplined and professionally presented.Hospitality experience is not essential; candidates from specialist shoe-care, leather-care, shoe-repair and restoration businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.Practical AssessmentA CV alone will not be sufficient for final selection.Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical trade test and/or live demonstration of their work.The assessment will focus on:Quality of workmanshipAttention to detailProfessional cleaning and polishing techniquesLeather treatment and conditioningColour restoration and dyeing capabilityAbility to treat scratches and surface damageProduct and material knowledgeTechnical abilitySafe handling of premium and high-value footwearOverall finish and presentationPractical ability and proven workmanship will carry significant weight in the final selection process.Package & BenefitsSalary: SAR 5,000 per monthAccommodation providedMeals on dutyTransportation providedVisa and medical providedOpportunity to work within a prestigious ultra-luxury private hospitality environment in Saudi Arabia
