Apply & track with Apply Edge📢 WE ARE HIRING – SHOP MANAGERWazeer Begum Bicycles Trading & Repairing LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Shop Manager to oversee and monitor the daily operations of our 3 bicycle and electric scooter shops in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily operations and performance of all 3 branches
- Regularly visit and check each shop
- Supervise sales staff and technicians
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work performance
- Check daily sales, cash/card transactions, and branch reports
- Monitor stock levels, product movement, and stock transfers between branches
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and organized
- Monitor bicycle and electric scooter repair/service jobs
- Make sure customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups are handled properly
- Check that company procedures and pricing policies are followed
- Coordinate with management regarding branch issues, stock requirements, staff concerns, and customer matters
- Help improve sales and overall branch performance
- Submit regular reports to management covering sales, stock, staff performance, repairs, and operational issues
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shop Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Supervisor
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills
- Good understanding of retail sales and inventory management
- Able to manage and monitor multiple branches
- Organized, responsible, and able to identify and solve operational problems
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in bicycles, electric scooters, automotive, spare parts, or a similar retail/service business is an advantage
- UAE experience is preferred
