📍 Centre Manager – EdinburghDo you love bringing a place to life for shoppers, retailers, and the wider community?We are looking for a proactive, people-first Centre Manager to take the lead on managing this retail destination and help shape it into a thriving, safe, and progressive destination to shop, visit, and work.What you'll be doing:🛍️ Driving footfall and retailer performance across the centre📊 Owning accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and service charge processes🤝 Building genuine relationships with tenants, contractors, and the local community📣 Leading marketing initiatives and media opportunities that put the centre on the map💡 Spotting and developing new income streams🦺 Championing Health & Safety standards across the site👥 Leading and motivating on-site staff to deliver their best workWhat we're looking for:✅ A natural leader who takes ownership and acts on their own initiative✅ Someone with sharp financial acumen and an eye for detail✅ A confident communicator who builds trust with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders alike✅ A flexible, driven, and dedicated approach to getting results✅ Experience in retail, property, or centre management (preferred)You'll work closely with the Portfolio Manager and Owner team, playing a central role in maximising the centre's success.If you're ready to take ownership of a vibrant shopping destination please get in touch with Louise Harman on louise.harman@foundationrecruitment.com
