Today, Al-Tuhoo is committed to ongoing expansion and providing high-quality products and services throughout Kuwait.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shopping Mall Boutique Sales staff for food items, based in Shuwaikh. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product selections, with a focus on tea and other food items sold in the boutique. Responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate, and ensuring a clean, attractive, and well-stocked display area. The role also includes handling cash and electronic payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate sales records. Team members are expected to follow company policies, assist with periodic inventory checks, and support promotional activities and in-store events to enhance customer experience and drive sales.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with diverse customers and build positive relationships.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including basic sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as the ability to learn product details quickly and support team performance when needed.Basic numeracy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and receipt processing are beneficial.Prior experience in retail, food items, or tea sales is an advantage but not mandatory.Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours, and maintain a professional appearance is required.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an added benefit.
