Feld is a Copenhagen-based design company creating a modular sofa system built around flexibility, comfort and a strong architectural expression.We are growing fast and building Feld with a long-term ambition: to create a smart, accessible and design-driven sofa brand with an international outlook. Over time, Feld will collaborate with some of the world’s most recognised designers and architects, bringing new perspectives into the system while keeping the core idea simple, flexible and relevant for everyday living.As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Showroom & Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen.This is a part-time, hourly position for someone who enjoys meeting people, providing thoughtful service and being part of a small, ambitious and fast-moving company.THE ROLEYour main responsibility will be to help create a great customer experience, both in our showroom and through our day-to-day customer communication.The role will primarily include:Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroomIntroducing Feld, our sofa system, fabrics and different configurationsHelping customers with questions and purchase decisionsSupporting customers via email with questions about products, orders, delivery and general enquiriesFollowing up on customer requests and making sure they receive clear and helpful answersKeeping the showroom welcoming, organised and inspiringHelping with smaller practical and operational tasks when neededBeing a positive and service-minded representative of FeldWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone with great energy, a positive attitude and a natural sense of service.You enjoy meeting and communicating with people and feel comfortable both face-to-face and in writing. You are proactive, reliable and happy to take responsibility when something needs to be done.You do not necessarily need previous experience within furniture or design.
