Showroom & Social Media Coordinator – 2–3 days per weekWe are looking for a new team member to join us as a Showroom & Social Media Coordinator.In this part-time role (2–3 days per week), you will work across customer service, the daily operations of our showroom, and social media content creation.You will meet and assist customers both in our showroom and online, help ensure a high-quality and personalised customer experience, and contribute to building the visibility of the Macor Jewellery brand, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong visual eye, and a natural understanding of social media. You do not need to have previous experience in the jewellery industry - what matters most is a genuine interest in our brand, customer service, and visual content creation.Key responsibilitiesWelcoming customers to the showroom and presenting jewellery during private appointmentsProviding customer service via email and phoneEnsuring a high-quality and personalised customer experienceMaintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the showroomHandling showroom administrative tasks, including supply orders and inventoryPacking and shipping online ordersAssisting with day-to-day e-commerce maintenanceCreating and filming social media content, particularly for Instagram Stories and TikTokEditing and scheduling videos and other social media contentContributing to content ideas and planning relevant social media topicsWhat we are looking forExcellent communication and customer service skillsFluency in both Finnish and EnglishPrevious customer service experience; experience with premium or luxury products is considered an advantageA natural interest in social media and creating content for Instagram and TikTokA strong visual eye and attention to detailA proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamThe ability to handle customer feedback and resolve situations professionally and with a positive attitudeThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in social media content creation, filming, or video editing is considered an advantage.What we offerYou will work in an inspiring environment in our beautiful showroom in central Helsinki and become part of a growing Finnish brand.This is a varied role with strong opportunities to grow, take on more responsibility, and have a meaningful impact on the brand as the company develops.The position will start once the right candidate has been found.Interested?Send your CV and a short introduction explaining why you would be a good fit for this role to marika@macorjewellery.com.
