Showroom Manager (Car Dealership)

We're looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our used car dealership showroom in Dubai. You'll be the person who keeps the floor running smoothly — from managing inventory and showroom presentation to driving the sales team toward monthly targets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the UAE used car market. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily showroom operations, manage stock inventory and set KPIs to track performanceLead vehicle procurement, source and evaluate used cars from auctions, direct sellers, & netwroksCoordinate with marketing on showroom promotions, pricing strategyReport on sales performance, inventory turnover, and showroom KPIs to management Requirements 3+ years of experience in a showroom, dealership, or automotive sales management role Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and showroom operationsUAE driving license requiredFluent in English; Arabic, is a plus What We OfferAED 8,000 base salary + performance-based incentives
