We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.What You’ll Do Lead Branch Operations – Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance.Drive Business Performance – Take ownership of branch sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business targets.Lead & Develop Teams – Manage, motivate, and develop employees across Sales, Aftersales, Service, and Parts.Monitor KPIs – Track branch performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial KPIs, taking corrective action when needed.Customer Experience – Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with key customers.Sales & Aftersales Coordination – Ensure effective collaboration between Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments to maximize business opportunities.Financial Management – Monitor the branch budget, expenses, profitability, and operational costs.Business Development – Identify new opportunities, strengthen market presence, and contribute to the branch’s growth strategy.Operational Excellence – Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Reporting & Collaboration – Provide regular performance reports and work closely with senior management and Head Office to achieve business objectives.Who You Are?Branch Management Experience – 7+ years of experience in branch management, dealership operations, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.Strong Leadership Skills – Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams while maintaining high levels of performance.Automotive Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of automotive sales, aftersales, service, and parts operations.Business & Commercial Acumen – Experience managing branch revenue, profitability, budgets, and operating expenses while achieving business targets.Performance Driven – Strong experience in monitoring KPIs, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Customer Focused – Ability to build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.Strategic & Analytical Thinker – Able to identify business opportunities, analyze performance, and implement effective improvement plans.Communication Skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.Language Skills – Fluent in Arabic and English.Saudi Market Experience – Previous experience working in the Saudi automotive market is highly preferred.Chinese Automotive Experience – Experience with Chinese automotive brands is considered a strong advantage.Who are we?Al Ghurair is a leading diversified family business group in the Middle East, founded in 1960 with operations spanning six key industry sectors: Foods and Resources, Properties, Construction and Services, Energy, Mobility, and Ventures.
