Team members join a creative environment dedicated to helping clients feel confident, expressive, and radiant.Role Description The Showroom Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand’s standards of luxury and service. Responsibilities include supervising the showroom team, coaching staff on client engagement and sales techniques, and managing appointment scheduling and floor coverage. The Showroom Manager monitors visual merchandising and product presentation, coordinates with head office on inventory and new collections, and supports key client appointments and events. The role also involves tracking sales performance, implementing initiatives to drive revenue and customer satisfaction, maintaining operational procedures, and ensuring the showroom is consistently prepared to welcome clients.Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with the ability to create personalized, luxury-level interactions.Proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term client relationships.Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including meeting targets, upselling, and supporting team members to improve performance.Experience managing Showrooms or retail spaces, including daily operations, team supervision, and visual presentation.Background in fashion, luxury retail, or related industry preferred.Effective leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
