Showroom Manager

Job DescriptionJawdah Industrial Co. Ltd. is looking for a Showroom Manager to run our Riyadh showroom on a full-time, on-site basis. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the showroom, making sure customers get a great experience and the business hits its sales targets.What you'll do:Manage daily showroom operations, including staff, displays, and inventoryLead and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targetsBuild and maintain relationships with customers, handling inquiries and resolving issuesMonitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply team to keep the showroom well stockedTrack sales performance and report results to senior managementKeep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealingTrain new staff and support their ongoing developmentHandle pricing, promotions, and product displays in line with company standardsWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in retail or showroom management, ideally in an industrial or related sectorStrong leadership and people management skillsGood communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishComfortable with sales targets and performance trackingOrganized, hands-on, and able to solve problems on the spotBased in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
