Showroom Manager- Couture(Arabic Speaking)

Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.Welcome and assist clients, providing personalized service to VIP and couture customers.Achieve sales targets and monitor showroom sales performance.Manage customer orders, fittings, alterations, payments, and delivery follow-ups.Coordinate with designers, tailors, and production teams to ensure timely order completion.Supervise and motivate showroom staff and allocate daily responsibilities.Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, product displays, and brand standards.Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.Monitor stock and coordinate replenishment when required.Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Perform other duties assigned by management.
