Showroom Manager - Leicht kitchen

LEICHT Jeddah is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our team, strengthen sales performance, and uphold the standards of one of Germany’s leading premium kitchen brands.Key responsibilities:• Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and design team • Follow up on leads, showroom visitors, quotations, and client projects • Review kitchen designs and production orders • Maintain premium showroom and visual-merchandising standards • Monitor CRM activities, conversion rates, collections, and sales reports • Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams • Build lasting relationships with clients, architects, and interior designersRequirements:• Must currently be based in Jeddah • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience • Experience in kitchen, furniture, interior design, luxury retail, or related sectors • Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills • Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up capabilities • Proficiency in English, MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems • A bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification • Premium kitchen sales or design experience is a strong advantageWhy join us?This is an exciting opportunity to lead a premium showroom, represent an internationally recognized kitchen brand, and contribute directly to its continued growth in the Saudi market.📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 🕘 Employment type: Full-timeReady for your next leadership opportunity?Apply easily through LinkedIn and upload your CV.
