The ideal candidate is a strong luxury seller with deep South Florida relationships who can build clientele, confidently sell on camera, lead a small team, and independently oversee the day-to-day business.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day performance and operations of the Miami Beach showroom with a high degree of independenceDrive sales through private appointments, proactive clienteling, outreach, local partnerships, and relationship developmentBuild and maintain relationships with VIP clients, stylists, hospitality partners, galleries, creators, and other members of the South Florida luxury communityDevelop new business beyond traditional walk-in traffic through networking and local market activationHost approximately two livestream selling sessions per week and confidently present products and engage customers on cameraPlan and execute showroom events, activations, private appointments, and other initiatives designed to increase visibility and salesRecruit, train, develop, and lead a small Miami-based showroom and fulfillment teamEstablish a strong clienteling culture and ensure consistent outreach and relationship management across the teamOversee local e-commerce fulfillment, including inventory-controlled stock, order processing, shipping, returns, and inventory countsMaintain high standards for fulfillment accuracy and timely domestic order dispatchEnsure the showroom is prepared to support livestream sales and associated fulfillment needsProvide regular reporting on showroom sales, client activity, livestream performance, fulfillment, team performance, and operational prioritiesServe as the senior leader on-site and proactively resolve business and operational issues as they ariseQualifications3+ years of sales experience within luxury retail, boutique, gallery, or high-end hospitality in South FloridaStrong luxury selling and clienteling experience; an established personal client book is strongly preferredExisting relationships within the Miami/South Florida luxury community that can be activated to generate businessLeadership experience or demonstrated readiness to recruit, develop, and lead a small teamExperience operating independently in an environment where senior leadership is not physically on-siteComfortable and engaging on camera with the ability to sell products through livestream or digital channelsExperience with inventory, shipping, fulfillment, or other stock-controlled operationsStrong communication skills with a polished, outgoing, and client-facing presenceEntrepreneurial and proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and build business beyond existing trafficStrong judgment, organization, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple areas of the business simultaneouslyMust be available to start by mid-November 2026Full availability for Art Basel week, December 3–6, is requiredPlease submit your resume for consideration.
