Showroom Sales Manager

Tasneem Holding is seeking an experienced, results-driven Showroom & Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of its Chery Motors showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing showroom performance, leading the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle-purchasing journey.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets while regularly monitoring individual and team performance.• Manage daily showroom operations and ensure that all vehicles and display areas are professionally presented in accordance with Chery brand standards.• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the sales team to improve productivity, product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales conversion rates.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling inquiries and complaints professionally, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.• Monitor sales leads, customer interactions, and conversion performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.• Coordinate closely with inventory, finance, marketing, and after-sales teams to maintain vehicle availability, support promotional campaigns, and ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for senior management.• Stay informed about Chery models, product features, competitor activities, pricing trends, and developments within the automotive market.Candidate Profile• Proven experience in automotive sales and showroom management (8 to 10 Years).• Strong leadership, team-management, negotiation, and customer-service skills.• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.• Sound knowledge of dealership operations and the complete vehicle sales process.• Excellent communication, reporting, and relationship-management abilities.• A proactive, commercially focused, and customer-oriented approach.• Saudi NationalIf you are passionate about the automotive industry and have the leadership skills and commercial drive required to build a high-performing showroom operation, we invite you to apply and join Tasneem Holding.
