Product GeniusLocation: Saudi ArabiaONLY SAUDI NationalsAbout the OpportunityWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Product Genius professionals to join a leading EV automotive organization in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, showcasing innovative products, and creating memorable showroom experiences.As a Product Genius, you will be the product expert, helping customers understand vehicle features, technology, connectivity, and electric vehicle ownership. You'll guide them throughout their discovery journey while delivering a premium customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.Deliver engaging product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.Explain vehicle features, safety systems, connectivity, charging solutions, and ownership benefits.Guide customers through vehicle models, trims, options, accessories, and personalization choices.Support customers with online account registration and vehicle configuration.Assist customers in completing the Expression of Interest (EOI) process.Maintain accurate customer interactions within CRM systems.Gather customer feedback to enhance the overall customer journey.Support showroom events, product launches, roadshows, and promotional activities.Stay up to date with new product launches, market trends, and competitor offerings.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Diploma qualification.2-4 years of experience in Automotive industryCustomer ExperienceRetail SalesExcellent communication and presentation skills.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
