Role SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Signage & Wayfinding Coordinator to manage the design, procurement, and installation of signage systems across large-scale facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent, and compliant wayfinding solutions that enhance visitor and user experience. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with design, construction, and facilities teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the development and implementation of signage and wayfinding plans across project sitesLiaise with architects, designers, and vendors to ensure signage aligns with brand and regulatory standardsManage procurement, production, and installation schedules for signage elementsConduct site surveys to assess wayfinding needs and identify potential issuesMaintain accurate documentation, including signage inventories, drawings, and specificationsEnsure compliance with local codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulationsMonitor quality control during fabrication and installation phasesRequired SkillsStrong project coordination and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of signage materials, fabrication methods, and wayfinding design principlesProficiency in reading architectural and technical drawingsExcellent communication and vendor management abilitiesFamiliarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesRequired QualificationsDiploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related fieldPrior experience in signage, wayfinding, or facilities coordination preferredKnowledge of accessibility and building code requirements related to signageFluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantageExperience Requirement2-4 years of experience in signage coordination, wayfinding projects, or related facilities/construction rolesExperience working with vendors, fabricators, and installation teams preferredLocation / Work ModeJeddah, Saudi Arabia — On-siteSalary / BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceStandard employment benefits as per Saudi labor lawOpportunity to work on large-scale, high-visibility projects
