Signal Man for Real Estate project - Punawale Location

Provide clear hand signals and instructions to crane, hydra, forklift, and other equipment operators.Guide heavy vehicles and construction equipment safely within the project site.Assist in lifting, shifting, loading, and unloading of construction materials.Ensure proper positioning of equipment before lifting operations.Check the lifting area for obstacles, workers, electrical lines, and other hazards.Coordinate with the Crane Operator, Site Engineer, Safety Officer, and Rigging Team.Ensure barricading and safe exclusion zones during lifting operations.Follow approved lifting plans and site safety procedures.Assist in checking lifting tools, tackles, slings, shackles, hooks, and other equipment before use.Immediately report unsafe conditions or lifting-related hazards to the Safety Officer/Site Engineer.Maintain safe communication between the operator and ground team during operations.Follow all company and project safety rules and PPE requirements.Skills: operations,project,construction
