Applicants can expect a culture that values creativity, execution, and long-term partnership.Role Description The Simphony Tech Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Oracle/Micros Simphony POS systems for hospitality clients, including menu builds, pricing changes, and workflow optimization. The analyst will troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure system performance and reliability across multiple locations. Daily tasks include documenting requirements, testing new features and integrations, implementing upgrades, and training client teams on system usage and best practices. The role also involves analyzing operational processes, recommending improvements, and contributing to project planning and deployment to enhance overall guest and team member experience.Qualifications Experience with Oracle/Micros Simphony or similar POS platforms, including configuration, menu programming, and system administration.Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, interpret logs, and coordinate resolutions with vendors or IT teams.Familiarity with hospitality or restaurant operations and workflows, enabling effective translation of business needs into technical solutions.Proficiency with databases, networks, and basic system integration concepts; experience with testing, deployment, and change management processes.Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements, create training materials, and support end users.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and deliver on project deadlines.Collaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach, showing initiative and ownership in improving systems and processes.Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in technology consulting, restaurant technology support, or POS implementation is highly beneficial.
