We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of experience and generally the following skill sets:Driven to design and develop new training programmes and modify existing curriculum to meet the needs of participants.Skilled in delivering key points of information to a diverse group of people.Helps participants obtain the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Develops interpersonal skills while offering a complete thorough lesson plan.Highly organized Job Specialist Trainer successful at managing people and time.Offers prompt feedback on training assessments, participant behaviour and overall effectiveness of each training sessionMust be highly self-driven and result orientedMust have excellent communication skillsA structured way of working, showing attention to detailFluent in English both verbally and in writing
