ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of annual wholesale, distribution, and franchise business plans for Singapore, Australia, and Sri Lanka, in line with company strategy and local market priorities.Maintain regular communication with business partners and provide day-to-day operational support to help them execute commercial plans and achieve agreed targets.Support the implementation of wholesale operating procedures and standards across the markets; monitor partner compliance and follow up on improvement actions.Monitor the execution of company retail standards across partner stores to ensure consistent brand presentation and customer experience.Review partner performance and operational data; assist in planning and coordinating brand activations, in-store promotions, and other commercial initiatives in accordance with brand requirements.Coordinate the collection, validation, and submission of partner reports, ensuring accurate and timely data to support inventory management, merchandising, and demand planning.Monitor partner account performance, including sales, margin, inventory, fund flow, and payment collection; follow up on outstanding issues and support the achievement of key commercial KPIs.Work closely with internal teams, including merchandising, finance, marketing, and operations, to coordinate business activities, resolve operational issues, and support market development.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Management or related disciplines.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant commercial experience in the sports, outdoor or consumer goods industry, with exposure to wholesale or distributor management preferred.Solid understanding of financial management, commercial negotiations and partner governance.Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and ability to manage multiple markets independently.Excellent communication skills and cross-stakeholder management abilities.A strong passion for sports and the outdoor lifestyle is essential.
