Client Advisor AnalystPosition SummaryThe Client Advisor Analyst is responsible for financial analysis, reporting, planning support, and recommendation development. This role transforms financial data into meaningful insights and assists in implementing wealth management strategies. The Client Advisor Analyst serves as the primary analytical resource for financial reporting, cash flow planning, charitable giving administration, insurance coordination, and asset management activities.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Cash Flow ManagementManage cash flow tracking, forecasting, and reporting across accounts.Oversee Addepar reporting and review monthly financial packages.Analyze spending patterns, liquidity needs, and short- and long-term cash requirements.Provide insights and recommendations to support financial decision-making.Audit & Investment OversightConduct detailed audits across investment accounts, including: Private equityDirect investmentsDistributionsReal estate holdingsEnsure data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain reporting integrity.Identify discrepancies and resolve data quality issues.Philanthropy & Gifting ManagementOversee charitable giving processes, including grant execution, letters, and reporting summaries.Manage gifting administration, including: Asset transfersUnit trackingRelated documentation and reportingInsurance & Benefits ManagementLead insurance program administration, including: Life insurancePersonal lines (home, auto, umbrella)Travel insuranceGroup excess coverageCoordinate Medicare enrollment and ongoing retirement-related administration.Operational & Transactional SupportAssist with home and auto purchase or sale transactions, including coordination with external parties.Support Education Committee planning initiativesAssist with estate planning execution, ensuring alignment with established structures and documentation.QualificationsØ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.Ø 2–5+ years of experience in wealth management, family office, financial services, or related field.Ø Experience with financial reporting platforms (Addepar preferred).Ø Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ø High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ø Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.Preferred SkillsØ Familiarity with private investments, real estate assets, and complex financial structures.Ø Experience working in a family office or high-net-worth environment.Ø Knowledge of insurance policies, estate planning basics, and philanthropic structures.Key CompetenciesØ Analytical thinking and financial insightØ Operational execution and task ownershipØ Discretion and professionalismØ Strong organizational and follow-through skillsØ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
