Site Acquisition Senior Specialist

Job Purpose : Manage the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of new sites to support the company’s expansion strategy, ensuring commercially viable locations and timely site delivery.Key Accountabilities:-Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.-Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.-Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document the location, environment, and accessibility.-Provide preliminary site and contact reports to the Acquisition Managers for further commercial evaluation.-Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to expand sourcing channels.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial leasing.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience:2–4 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Real Estate, Leasing, or Property Development.Experience in retail site acquisition and location assessment is preferred.Proven experience in site negotiations, feasibility studies, due diligence, and landlord management.Key Skills:Site Acquisition & Location AnalysisReal Estate Market ResearchLease & Contract NegotiationFinancial & Feasibility AnalysisMarket & Competitor AnalysisLandlord / Stakeholder ManagementDue DiligenceNegotiation & CommunicationProject CoordinationExcel / Power BIJob Purpose
