Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleMuna Noor Engineering & Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to independently supervise and manage daily site operations.

This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure efficient project execution while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, productivity, and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Oversee building construction activities, including earthworks, substructure, superstructure, architectural finishing, and external works.Read, interpret, and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD.Plan and coordinate site manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain smooth project execution.Monitor labour productivity, optimize resource utilization, and minimize material wastage.Track daily site progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, HSE regulations, and project requirements.Resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently to maintain project timelines.Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and material requirements.Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.2–6 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and building construction.Proven practical experience in executing and supervising building construction projects.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, including the ability to interpret and modify construction drawings.Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, site supervision, and quality control.Demonstrated ability to independently manage site operations, manpower, and subcontractors.Strong understanding of construction planning, resource allocation, productivity management, and cost control.Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple site priorities, and meet project deadlines.What We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong site leadership, accountability, and a hands-on approach to construction management.
