Site Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team and support the execution of major building projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly graduated Civil Engineer to gain hands-on site experience and develop their technical and project management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Site Engineer and Project Management team in daily construction activities.Monitor civil works and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to support daily work activities.Assist in checking materials, workmanship, and completed works.Review and understand construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.Prepare daily site reports and maintain records of site activities.Assist with measurements, quantity calculations, and work progress tracking.Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.Report site issues, delays, and technical concerns to the senior engineer.Support inspections and ensure works are completed according to approved procedures.Maintain proper documentation and follow project procedures.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong interest in building construction and site execution.Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.Ability to read and understand civil and architectural drawings.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.Good English communication skills.Strong willingness to learn and work in a site-based construction environment.Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
