Site Coordinator

Location: Surat (Gujarat)Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per monthIndustry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Hospitality ProjectsJob SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge of interior works, be capable of coordinating with vendors and labor teams, and maintain accurate site documentation.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate and supervise daily site operations.* Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.* Possess basic knowledge of interior fit-out works, including ceiling heights, measurements, and finishing activities.* Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and other project-related documentation.* Track material requirements and coordinate timely deliveries.* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.* Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation in Excel.* Ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.* Assist in resolving on-site issues by coordinating with the project team.* Support the Project Manager in overall site execution and reporting.Requirements* 3–4 years of experience in site coordination, interior fit-out, or construction projects.* Basic technical understanding of interior execution and site measurements.* Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.* Good communication and coordination skills.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field will be preferred.Salary & Benefits* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).* Opportunity to work on hospitality and commercial interior projects.* Career growth within a rapidly expanding organization.Working Schedule* 4 weekly offs per month, scheduled as per business and site requirements.
