Endless Interiors & Construction is committed to innovative design, attention to detail, and delivering results that consistently exceed expectations, making it a trusted partner for full home overhauls or targeted space refreshes.Role Description The Site Coordinator – Interior Projects is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior design and construction projects. This position coordinates between designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project plans are understood, schedules are followed, and work meets quality and safety standards. The Site Coordinator monitors site progress, manages materials and inventory, resolves on-site issues, and keeps accurate records of work completed. The role includes conducting regular site inspections, reporting project status to management, and ensuring that all activities align with approved designs, timelines, and budgets. The Site Coordinator will also assist with client walkthroughs, address queries professionally, and contribute to continuous improvement of on-site processes.Qualifications Experience in site coordination or supervision for interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial interiors.Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, tracking progress, managing materials, and ensuring timely completion of work.Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, and translate them into clear instructions for on-site teams.Sound knowledge of basic construction practices, interior finishes, and installation processes (e.g., carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing interfaces).Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients, and to manage on-site teams professionally.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and cleanliness at the project site.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected on-site challenges and maintain project momentum.Proficiency with basic office and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort maintaining daily site reports and checklists.Ability to work on-site in Jaipur full-time, with flexibility for extended hours if required by project timelines.Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
