Team members work in a dynamic environment that combines practical design with modern aesthetics, supporting residential and commercial projects.Role Description The Site Coordinator – Modular Furniture is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position oversees daily activities at customer sites, including coordinating delivery and installation of modular furniture and office chairs, verifying measurements, and ensuring layouts match approved designs. The role involves managing installation teams, monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The Site Coordinator communicates with clients, vendors, and internal teams to plan schedules, track materials, and provide status updates. The role also includes documenting site work, capturing installation details, and supporting post-installation checks and handover.Qualifications Experience coordinating site activities for furniture, interior fit-outs, or construction projects.Ability to read basic layouts and drawings, take accurate measurements, and align plans with on-site execution.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple sites, schedules, and teams.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal project teams.Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards for on-site work and installations.Proficiency with basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking) for reports and documentation.Prior experience in modular furniture, office furniture, or interior projects is preferred.Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including occasional extended hours based on project needs.
