Site Deployment Manager

The RoleThe Site Deployment Manager leads and coordinates the local deployment of our AFC project migration across operational railway sites in Jakarta. The role oversees site readiness, installation, migration, testing and commissioning, ensuring activities are completed safely, systematically and with minimal impact on passenger services.Responsibilities1. Deployment Planning and ControlDevelop and maintain the integrated deployment plan covering installation, testing, migration, operational readiness, possession windows and station accessDefine prerequisites, resources and Go/No-Go criteria, while tracking station-level progress, blockers, defects and completion evidence2. STI Subcontractor ManagementCoordinate the STI T&C Manager, installation teams and testers, and review their schedules, method statements, resource plans and reportsMonitor subcontractor performance against programme, quality and safety requirements, escalating delays, resource shortages and unresolved issues3. Site Readiness and InstallationConfirm each station is ready for deployment, including equipment, cabling, power, network, civil interfaces, permits and operational accessCoordinate installation and inspection activities, ensuring equipment and configurations comply with approved designs and identified defects are corrected4. Migration and Night-Work CoordinationLead onsite coordination during night migration windows, ensuring safety controls, communication channels, approved procedures and rollback plans are in placeMonitor migration progress and support evidence-based Go/No-Go, hold, recovery or rollback decisions while protecting passenger-service continuity5. Testing, Commissioning and Defect ControlCoordinate PIC, PAT, SIT, SAT and ITC activities with subcontractors, engineering teams, suppliers, the customer and other stakeholdersEnsure required procedures, tools, software and test environments are available, and manage defects through recording, assignment, retesting and closureRequirements8 or more years of experience in railway systems, AFC, ticketing, payment systems, deployment, installation, testing or commissioningProven experience managing brownfield deployment or migration within an operational railway environmentPractical knowledge of installation, PIC, PAT, SIT, SAT, ITC and migration processesExperience managing subcontractors, installation teams, testers and multidisciplinary stakeholdersStrong capabilities in deployment planning, site coordination, progress monitoring, defect management and reportingWillingness to work onsite and during planned night possessions, migration windows and commissioning activitiesStrong written and verbal English; Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
