Site Director

Nexus are partnered with a rapid-growth food and dairy manufacturer based in the Greater Los Angeles area, in their search for a Site Director to lead a large production facility of over 350 people. This is a critical hire for the business, taking full ownership of a high volume site which runs 24/7. The role is focused on driving production performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site, while partnering closely with quality, supply chain, and engineering.Responsibilities:Full ownership of site operations, safety, quality, and production output across a 24/7 manufacturing environmentLead and develop a large hourly and salaried workforce, building a strong performance culture across the siteOwn the site's operational budget and capital planning, partnering with senior leadership on longer term strategyDrive continuous improvement initiatives, closing gaps in process, efficiency, and outputQualifications:10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience within food, beverage, or CPG productionProven track record improving plant performance and driving operational efficiency at scaleStrong people leadership skills, with experience building and developing high performing teamsStrong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and capital planning
