Site Engineer – Architectural / Fit-Out

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a Site Engineer – Architectural / Fit-Out to join our team and manage the execution of interior fit-out works at project sites.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out and finishing works at site.Review and interpret architectural, shop drawings, and detailed drawings.Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other site disciplines.Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team to resolve them.Ensure proper coordination between architectural, MEP, and other trades.Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.Ensure compliance with company HSE and site safety requirements.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture.5+ years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.Strong knowledge of Fit-Out, finishing, and architectural works.Good understanding of shop drawings and construction details.Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Experience working with contractors and subcontractors is preferred.Saudi Arabia / GCC project experience is preferred.Key Skills:Fit-Out | Interior Finishing | Site Supervision | Architectural Drawings | Shop Drawings | AutoCAD | Revit | Subcontractor Coordination | Quality Control | Project Coordination
