Site Engineer - AV Systems

Audio Technology is looking for a talented Site Engineer – AV Systems to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for executing assigned projects, including installation, commissioning, start-up, and final handover, ensuring high quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery with full customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Skilled in Crestron programming and AV system installation, configuration, and integration- Plan and execute projects in phases, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction- Support and guide site technicians; provide technical training to maintain quality standards- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues efficiently- Prepare progress reports and manage client correspondence- Develop team skills and conduct performance evaluations- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations- Perform additional duties as assignedJob Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications or Electrical Engineering- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience- Good knowledge of Audio-Visual systems, including:- Professional audio (DSP, amplifiers, microphones, speakers)- Video systems (LED walls, processors, switchers)- Conferencing & collaboration systems- Control systems (Crestron / Extron / AMX)- Digital signage, IPTV & streaming, AV over IP (Multicast, VLAN, IGMP)- Networking (switch configuration, IP addressing)- Rack installation, cable management, labeling standards- Testing & commissioning using AV tools and software- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks- Excellent communication and client-facing skills- Team player with strong problem-solving and coordination skillsIf you are ready to take on an impactful role in a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.Apply now at careers@audioteceg.com with the subject line " Site Engineer, AV Systems”.
