Job Description
As a Site Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our interior design visions come to life with precision and perfection. You will be the on-site leader, overseeing the construction and fit-out processes to guarantee that projects are executed according to our standards. Your expertise in site management and ability to lead a skilled team of craftsmen will be instrumental in creating stunning spaces that leave a lasting impression.
Responsibilities
Manage on-site activities, oversee construction and fit-out phasesUphold high-quality standards, ensure impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detailCoordinate daily schedules, monitor progress and create comprehensive reports to keep projects on trackProactively solve on-site challenges, ensuring project successCollaborate with Project Manager and Design Team with seamless communicationDaily supervision, subcontractor coordination, inspections, material control and progress monitoringCreating RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, method statements, snagging, variations and as-built documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant engineering disciplineTotal Experience 6-8 years and minimum 2–3 years specifically in interior fit-outAt least 2 completed medium-size fit-out projectsTechnical knowledge in architectural finishes, ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination and interfacesStrong ability to read and coordinate architectural, ID, structural and MEP drawingsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; MS Project/Primavera knowledge advantageousStrong leadership and team management skillsAble to attend inspections, close comments and coordinate technical/site issuesBasic understanding of local authority and Civil Defence requirements where applicable
