Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and productivity
- Review drawings and resolve technical/site-related issues
- Conduct site inspections and ensure required quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate material and equipment requirements with Procurement and Project teams
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements
- Maintain daily site records and prepare progress reports
- Support inspections, snagging, testing and project handover activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the UAE construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site execution
- Good understanding of UAE construction standards and site procedures
- Strong supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site workforce effectively
