The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress. Ensure construction and fit-out works comply with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues to the project management team. Review technical drawings and coordinate the resolution of site-related issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.1–3 years of relevant experience in site engineering, preferably in construction, commercial fit-out, or interior finishing projects. Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and finishing works. Ability to coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Must be willing to work on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
