The company is committed to excellence, reliability, and innovation, making it a trusted partner in the dewatering and pumping sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision: Supervise daily dewatering activities, including wellpoint installation, deepwell installation, pump installation, and discharge pipeline arrangements.Dewatering System Operation: Ensure that pumps and dewatering systems operate efficiently and continuously to maintain the required groundwater levels.Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor groundwater levels, pump performance, flow rates, and site conditions. Prepare daily site reports and communicate any operational issues to management.Team Coordination: Coordinate with site workers, pump operators, subcontractors, and project management to ensure smooth execution of site activities.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve routine operational problems involving pumps, pipelines, wellpoints, and deepwells. Escalate major technical issues when required.Installation and Maintenance: Coordinate the installation, inspection, and maintenance of dewatering equipment and accessories.Health and Safety: Ensure that dewatering activities comply with site safety requirements and company procedures.Progress Updates: Report site progress, equipment requirements, manpower needs, breakdowns, and other issues to the management team.Qualifications and RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.Previous experience in dewatering, groundwater control, or construction site supervision is preferred.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage site workers and coordinate multiple site activities.Willingness to travel between project sites across the UAE.Ability to prepare basic site reports and maintain operational records.How to ApplyInterested candidates should apply through LinkedIn or email their CV to Stane.gdp@gmail.com.Email Subject: Application for Site EngineerInclude your expected salary in the application.
