Site Engineer – Electrical (OHTL)Experience: Minimum 10 YearsJob SummaryResponsible for supervising and executing OHTL construction activities, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with SEC standards, project specifications, and approved drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise OHTL construction activities, including foundations, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, testing, and commissioning.Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, and the Project Manager.Ensure compliance with SEC standards, approved drawings, and project specifications.Prepare and review SEC technical submissions, including WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, method statements, and ITPs.Monitor work progress, resolve site issues, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.Coordinate inspections, testing, material approvals, and project handover documentation.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in 132kV, 230kV, and 380kV OHTL projects.Strong knowledge of SEC standards, submission procedures, inspections, and approval processes.Experience in OHTL construction, testing, commissioning, and as-built documentation.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Saudi OHTL project experience and previous SEC project experience are preferred.
