The team is focused on reliability, speed, accountability, and building long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and measurable results.Role Description The Site Engineer – Fit Out projects is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction and fit-out activities on project sites. This role includes coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards, while maintaining project timelines and budgets. The Site Engineer conducts regular site inspections, monitors progress, manages site documentation, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily tasks also involve resolving technical issues, verifying materials and workmanship, updating progress reports, and supporting handover procedures and snagging activities. The role requires close collaboration with design, procurement, and client representatives to deliver fully operational spaces aligned with PCP’s standards of excellence.Qualifications Strong on-site supervision skills, with experience managing daily fit-out and construction activities.Solid communication skills for effective coordination with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.Experience in quality control, including inspecting works, materials, and finishes to meet project standards.Background in structural engineering or civil engineering, preferably with experience in interior fit-out projects.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes relevant to fit-out and refurbishment works.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Commitment to safety practices and adherence to site health and safety regulations.Previous experience in Cairo or similar markets and fluency in English and Arabic would be beneficial.
