Site Engineer - FitOut (Immediate Joining Only)

Job Brief:- AMAQ [Interiors] is onboarding a Site Engineer for our Fitout projects. AMAQ has been in KSA for the last 26 years and as we grow, our amazing team grows! This role will encompass wearing sometimes the hat of project manager as well (when project size/scale) is small like retail/offices etc. But on a large scale project, it will strictly be of a site engineer. So if you have what it takes, apply away! Please apply ONLY if you have 5 years GCC experience as a site engineer can join immediately within 1 week. If you have a notice period of 60 days or 30 days and less than 5 years experience, DO NOT APPLY.Only apply if you can join immediately within 10 days Responsibilities:1) Time:- To run the site on schedule independently.2) Professionalism:- To organize & maintain site and site office professionally 3) Procurement/Materials:- To ensure a daily follow-up with procurement team to ensure your material deliveries are on track4) Quality:- To ensure the works being executed on site are of the utmost premium quality5) Checks:- To ensure AMAQ's quality check-list is strictly implemented on site.6) Safety & House keeping:- To ensure site is extremely a safe place along with safety engineering. Daily house keeping runs are executed and recorded/documented. 7) Layouts:- To ensure all works are done as per approved layouts, markings etc. 9) Submissions: WIR, MIR, MAS, RFI, Drawings etc10) Role will be site based (Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah or a major city depending on where the project is) but you will be required to operate from our HQ in Riyadh as needed instead of the site. Qualifications1) Experience:- Minimum 5 years GCC experience as a Site Engineer for FitOut projects2) Communication:- English must be good. Must be extremely fast in communication on Email and Whatsaap. Response time to be 15-minute maximum during the duty hours (If driving, its excused) 3) Academic:- Civil/Arch Engineering Degree. 4) Drawings:- Must know how to read/modify drawing on AutoCad. Revit is an added benefit.
