Job Title: Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager (Fit-Out)Employment Type: Full-timeLocation: Dubai Silicon OasisTurnkey Renovations is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.If you have solid site experience (fit-out) and are ready to learn to take on more project coordination and client-facing responsibility, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure works are executed as per drawingsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams and clients to ensure timely project execution in line with agreements and schedules.Monitor timelines and ensure project deadlines are metReview technical drawings and identify discrepancies or potential issues, and communicate it with the team Provide accurate site measurements and all details related to site conditions to the team.Conduct quality checks, particularly on finishing worksTrack material deliveries and manage site logisticsAssist with project scheduling and progress reportingEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Assist in preparing and updating work schedules, material requirements, and resource allocation.Conduct inspections and ensure snags/defects are resolved promptly.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with G+1 certification)Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Dubai’s construction/renovation industry.Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and Dubai building regulations.Strong understanding of finishing worksAbility to read and interpret drawingsGood organizational and communication skillsUAE Driving License and own vehicleProficient in MS OfficeWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (based on experience)Opportunity to grow in a Project Manager roleExposure to diverse residential and commercial renovation projectsSupportive and dynamic team environmentIf you’re ready to step up and take ownership of projects, we’d love to hear from you.
