Site Foreman

Following the start of another exciting Guy Phoenix Superhome project, we are looking to expand our construction team in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, Wales.We are currently looking for experienced groundworkers and, most importantly, a highly experienced, time-served Site Foreman to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of this major project.Working under Guy’s supervision, the successful Foreman must be capable of confidently operating their own site and understanding everything involved in delivering a complex, bespoke, multi-million-pound home.We’re looking for someone with proven experience across large residential structures, luxury homes or multiple-property developments, with a strong understanding of groundworks, plant and machinery, site logistics, sequencing, trades, health & safety and quality control.This is not an entry-level management position. We want someone with a strong reputation who can demonstrate previous accomplishments and provide references from substantial projects they have successfully delivered.Ideally, applicants will be based in Pembrokeshire or the surrounding area, with strong local knowledge and the ability to be on site every day.If you believe you have the experience to help deliver a Guy Phoenix Superhome, we’d like to hear from you.Please message us directly with your experience, previous projects and references.
