Our end-to-end service includes consultation, design, manufacturing, supply, and installation of high-quality compliant safety products.As a 100%Australian-owned business with local manufacturing, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class experiences having high levels of service and certainty.About the RoleAs a Site Installation Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless site installations across multiple commercial building sites. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll visit sites to build rapport, check and measure, then coordinate subcontractors to install. You will maintain efficient workflows and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client and company satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all site installations, ensuring all selected products meet compliance requirements and are fit for purpose.Build strong rapport with clients and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.Conduct site visits, then effectively schedule production and manage subcontractors, promptly attending to any defects.Plan, schedule and coordinate installation activities end-to-endEnsure WHS and company standards are always adhered to.Maintain accurate and timely administrative records for all installations.Manage stock and fixings, ensuring readiness for installation dates.Actively contribute to improving efficiencies alongside the Installations Manager.Promote a positive team spirit and cultivate a culture of commitment, support, and professionalism.What We’re Looking For:To be successful in this role you will have.Commercial construction background with multi-site coordination/management experienceConfident people leader with excellent communication and the ability to coordinate sub-contractorsExceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Strong problem-solving ability and flexibility to think on your feet.Demonstrated capability to manage projects with planning, scheduling, prioritising and documenting.A proactive, hands on and can-do attitude with a customer-first approach.The ability to manage pressure, competing deadlines and multiple stakeholdersResilience, loyalty, and curiosity to drive innovation.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and compliant project completion.Physically fit and capable of measuring up a variety of spaces including staircasesWhy Join Us?At Classic Architectural Group we are proud of our culture and long-term tenure history.
