In this role, you will streamline communication, maintain systems, and manage documents & information to support the success of our clinical research projects.This position is reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99.Your responsibilities will include:Maintenance of databases, tracking systems, and management of large volumes of documentsActing as the primary communication point for investigative sites and internal departmentsCoordination of site-specific query resolution, project training, and system access for site teamsAssistance with meeting arrangements, including preparation of draft agendas and minutesHandling of incoming correspondence and calls efficientlyQualificationsCollege/University Degree in Life SciencesPrior administrative experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment is preferredFull working proficiency in Italian and EnglishProficiency in standard MS Office applicationsExcellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAdditional InformationBase salary range: €28,000 – €41,000 gross annual salary.Actual compensation: The salary offered within the stated range will depend on objective, job-related criteria, including demonstrated competencies, qualifications, and skills relevant to the position.Additional compensation: bonus, incentive plans, and other benefits may apply.
