Site Manager -380 kv Substation (Electrical)

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to handle the execution of 380kV Substation projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with SEC standards, and supporting timely project delivery with high safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site activities for 380kV Substation projectsMonitor installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment such as GIS, Transformers, Switchgear, and Protection SystemsEnsure all work is executed as per SEC standards, drawings, and project specificationsCoordinate with supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and project teamTrack site progress and report updates to project managementEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsIdentify site issues and support in resolving technical challengesMaintain proper documentation and site recordsRequirementBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power EngineerinMinimum 10–15 years of experience in 380kV Substation projectHands-on experience in installation and site supervisioKnowledge of substation equipment and HV systemFamiliarity with SEC standards is preferreGood communication and coordination skillAbility to work under site conditions and meet deadline
