Site Manager

Jasara is a Saudi-based joint venture between PIF, Saudi Aramco, and Jacobs, delivering program, project, and construction management services across major infrastructure, real estate, and social development projects. The company plays a central role in advancing Saudi Vision 2030 by supporting complex projects that shape communities and strengthen the Kingdom's built environment.As Site Manager, you will play a key role in driving successful project execution on the ground, helping ensure that construction activities progress efficiently and align with broader project objectives. This role is well suited to a leader who can bring together multiple stakeholders, maintain high operational standards, and support delivery excellence across fast-moving construction environments.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standardsCoordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across site activitiesMonitor site progress against project milestones and track performanceIdentify and resolve on-site issues and risks to maintain construction efficiencyEnforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and safe work practicesPrepare site reports and communicate project status to managementEnsure timely and efficient project deliveryRequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering10+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate and infrastructure construction projectsHands-on experience with project controls, QA/QC procedures, or HSE management systemsProven experience coordinating with contractors and consultants, working with internal project teams, and reporting site status to senior managementPMP certificationBusiness-fluent English and ArabicExperience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or site reporting and project controls tools is a plusKnowledge of Saudi construction standards and approvals is a plus
