Role DescriptionWe are looking for a capable and organized Site Manager to oversee daily site operations and ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements. The role is responsible for coordinating site teams, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and resources while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.Key responsibilities include planning daily site activities, coordinating work schedules, monitoring project progress, allocating resources, supervising site personnel, and ensuring work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and procedures. The Site Manager will coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth site execution.The role also involves monitoring health and safety requirements, quality standards, site documentation, material usage, equipment availability, and project costs. The Site Manager will identify potential delays or risks, implement corrective actions, maintain progress reports, and support continuous improvements in site operations. Strong leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.QualificationsStrong understanding of site management, construction operations, project coordination, and resource planning.Ability to coordinate daily site activities, work schedules, personnel, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures, quality standards, site regulations, and operational controls.Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, method statements, and project documentation.Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain site productivity.Ability to monitor project progress, identify delays and risks, and implement practical corrective actions.Good understanding of material management, equipment utilization, cost control, and site logistics.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to respond effectively to site issues.Ability to prepare site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other operational documentation.Familiarity with project management, scheduling, document control, ERP, or construction management software is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and project reporting tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Technical or professional qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
