Position SummaryThe Site Manager oversees the daily operations of their assigned site, ensuring high standards of service delivery for all individuals receiving support. This role operates under the guidance of the Program Coordinator and is crucial for maintaining a safe, efficient, and supportive environment.Pay Rate: $20.50 - $21.50 an hourOpen Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 12pm-8pm, Thursday & Saturday 9am-5pm (40hrs)Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate staff schedules and maintain adequate staffing ratios to ensure smooth program operationsOversee medication management, including counts, ordering, documentation, and verificationManage program finances, including petty cash, money counts, and check requests, with oversight from the Program CoordinatorAssist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members to support program growthEnsure accurate and timely documentation of medications, participant goals, behavioral data, and incident reportsSchedule and support participant attendance for medical, therapy, and community appointmentsPromote a safe and supportive environment by addressing safety concerns, reporting incidents, and modeling positive engagement with participantsCommunicate effectively with the Program Coordinator and team, participate in meetings and training, and collaborate to achieve program goalsAbout New Ways Services - (ABI Division)New Way is MHA's residential and community-based program supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) from trauma, stroke, or serious illness.
