This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you will coordinate all on-site activity, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure everything is delivered on time, to specification, and without compromise. You will play a critical role in bringing events to life — ensuring seamless execution from setup through to live delivery and breakdown. You will: Manage all on-site activity, including build, installation, live event phases, and breakdown Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations at all times Coordinate and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and crew for smooth execution Track site progress and timelines, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors, maintaining high performance standards Oversee quality control across all elements of delivery Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure accurate execution of plans Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders on-site Adapt quickly to challenges, ensuring solutions are implemented in real time About You ✔ Strong hands-on experience in live event site management or production delivery ✔ A natural leader, able to command respect and manage teams effectively on-site ✔ Highly safety-conscious, with a strong understanding of HSE protocols ✔ Detail-oriented, ensuring nothing is missed during delivery ✔ Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure ✔ A strong communicator, able to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders ✔ Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced, live environments What You Need to Apply ✅ 5+ years of experience managing live event sites or large-scale production builds ✅ Strong understanding of rigging, builds, logistics, and event health & safety protocols ✅ Experience coordinating multiple contractors and site teams ✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) ✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation ✅ Valid UAE driving license preferred Your Application Will Stand Out If You ⭐ Experience working on large-scale festivals, public events, or complex builds ⭐ Strong knowledge of local suppliers, contractors, and site operations ⭐ Experience managing high-pressure live event environments ⭐ Ability to lead teams across multiple locations or large sites ⭐ Arabic language skills
