Site Manager-Fitout

Position: Site Manager – Fit-Out (Installation Specialist)Location: UAEIndustry: Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / ConstructionResponsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site fit-out installation activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage all interior fit-out installation activities at site.Plan daily work schedules and monitor progress against project timelines.Coordinate with MEP, civil, finishing, and joinery teams for seamless execution.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.Manage subcontractors, labor resources, and material deliveries effectively.Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities.Review shop drawings, method statements, and installation procedures.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions when required.Ensure snag-free completion and successful project handover.Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and handover records.Mandatory Requirements✅ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.✅ 5-10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out and Installation Works.✅ Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor handling fit-out projects.✅ Strong experience in:Commercial Fit-OutCorporate OfficesHospitality ProjectsRetail OutletsHigh-End Residential Interiors✅ Ability to read and interpret:Shop DrawingsIFC DrawingsJoinery DrawingsMEP Drawings✅ UAE Driving License (Preferred)Technical CompetenciesInstallation ExperienceGypsum partition and ceiling installationJoinery and millwork installationMarble, stone, and tiling worksFlooring installation (Vinyl, Carpet, SPC, Raised Floor)Glass and metal worksDecorative finishes and wall claddingProject Management SkillsSite planning and schedulingResource allocationProgress monitoringMaterial managementSubcontractor managementSnagging and handover managementCoordination SkillsMEP coordinationConsultant coordinationClient interface managementSupplier coordinationAuthority inspectionsHSE & Quality RequirementsStrong understanding of HSE regulations.Ability to conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.Experience implementing QA/QC procedures.Knowledge of snagging, punch lists, and defect rectification.Preferred Project ExperienceCAT A & CAT B Office Fit-OutsHotels & Hospitality ProjectsLuxury Villas & Residential InteriorsRetail/F&B OutletsAirport & Commercial Projects
