Senior Site Manager (Housing)North Dublin,€80-100k + Bonus, Transport/Car AllowanceRequired for a well-established residential developer undertaking large housing project in North Dublin starting which has commenced, using timber frame, circa.50-units.RoleManage all on-site construction activities from site setup through to project completion.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.Ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards.Monitor progress and produce regular site reports.Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.Conduct site inspections and quality checks.Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility providers.Resolve technical and operational issues on site.Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.Contact John.Behan@icds.ie for info or call 01-632-1200 to discuss
